Description:	The Mayor of Raleigh and a Sgt. in Raleigh's Police Dept. came to lunch today. One came as our guest speaker for the day and the other came as our guest to receive a very appropriate Sevice Above Self award of a Paul Harris Fellowship.

Raleigh's Mayor Charles Meeker was our guest speaker for today. His first time speaking to our club although he addresses the Downtown Raleigh Club every year.
