Rod began his talk by giving background information regarding Scouting in London. A photo illustrates the basics of Boy Scouting A Scout is: trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent. How's that for remembering?
